She was so good with my children I knew she was a very caring and loving mother. ... What a horrible loss! I can remember asking her for her name at the end of the flight. I wanted to write a letter to the airline to let them know what a great employee they had.

A Thankful Mother. I believe that my daughter is alive today because of their heroic sacrifice. She is a Capitol Hill Police Officer who was on site that day and had it not been for their sacrifice she could easily have been a victim.
